I was looking for CE courses that weren’t overly expensive, and Free CE felt fair to me. The price seemed reasonable for what I was getting, and I didn’t feel like they were adding on extra costs just because they could. The site was easy enough to use, too. Overall, I’d say it’s a good value and I’d probably use it again.

"Feels like an easy way to stay on top of my credit"
I’ve been using freece.com to keep an eye on my credit, my gut says it’s been a really useful little tool so far. I like being able to check for changes without having to bounce around a bunch of different places.
It’s simple, straightforward, and doesn’t feel overcomplicated. Nothing flashy, but it gives me the info I need and makes me feel a lot more aware of what’s going on.

I already checked what I needed to check, but the reminder emails just kept showing up like stubborn little gremlins. It got old quickly and made the whole thing feel way more annoying than it needed to be.

"I wish I had read the reviews first"
I used freece.com for some CE courses, the lessons themselves were okay. Nothing amazing, but I felt like I was getting through the material fine at first.

The quizzes were what really got to me. Some of the questions felt way harder than they needed to be, or like they were asking about details that weren’t explained very clearly in the lesson. I ended up having to retake sections more than I expected, and it got frustrating quickly.

I kind of regret not reading more reviews before signing up, because I probably would’ve known what to expect. Maybe it’s fine if you like tougher quizzes, but for me it made the whole experience more annoying than helpful.

"Refund policy feels way too strict"
I signed up thinking it would be easy to cancel if it wasn’t for me, but the refund policy ended up being way stricter than I expected. It really feels like you have to read every tiny detail before buying or you could get stuck. The course itself is okay, but the whole cancellation and refund process was a hassle. What made it worse was that it felt like everything was handled kind of carelessly, like nobody really cared about sorting it out properly.

I’ve used freece.com for a few courses now, and it mostly did what I needed it to do. The videos played, the certificates showed up afterward, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down, which is really all I was hoping for.

That said, the site froze on me a couple times, and once it kicked me out and didn’t remember where I left off. Not the end of the world, but still annoying. I know companies always make everything sound super seamless on their site, but in real use it’s more like, “yeah, it works, just don’t expect it to be perfect.”

I used it on my phone and it was easy. I kind of expected there to be some catch, like forcing me into extra steps or nudging me toward something else, but nope — it worked smoothly and I didn’t run into any issues.

I got charged earlier than I expected for my renewal, which threw me off for a minute because I thought I still had more time. "Useful webinar, but a few little glitches stood out"
I tried a live CE webinar on Free CE, and overall it was decent. The topic was actually helpful, and the speaker clearly knew what they were talking about. The only thing that bugged me was the video freezing a couple of times, not for long, maybe just a few seconds each time, but enough that I noticed and kept watching the little loading circle. The chat also felt a bit delayed, like questions were showing up just slightly behind the conversation. I did get my credit without any issue, so that part was fine. Not a bad experience, just would’ve been better if everything ran a little smoother.
